CHANGE OF MIND REFUNDS: will not be available to customers for the foreseeable future. This includes and is not limited to cancelled events and the impact on your order.

Boutique Cake Art encourages customers to secure there orders as close to their event dates as possible. We only need 4 days notice on cake orders.

PRODUCT REFUNDS: Boutique Cake Art will accept product returns and provide you with a refund or credit where:

  1. The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  2. Significantly different to those shown or described to you, (please do note that colours shown on your computer may be different to the physical product) or
  3. The product is not fit for its intended purpose

To obtain a refund or credit you must provide photographic or physically evidence that the product is not up to standard. We will not offer refunds or credits without seeing this evidence.

FOR ONLINE ORDERS:

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact 9314 6776 so we can assess the damage and to work out a solution. You will be requested to provide of photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.
