What is a little different about this kit is we equip you with the necessary tools and instructions to bring your baking A-game. Move over Pavlova and Chocolate Ripple cake we are upping our dessert game this Christmas lunch!

There is both vanilla and chocolate cake mixes and frostings in this kit. We also provide suggestions on other ingredients you can add to your cake fillings to spice things up. Vanilla Raspberry, anyone? Or perhaps Chocolate and orange? The option to bake both in the one cake will satisfy even the fussy of eaters. 

We have included everything you need (besides a few basic supermarket staples), so there is no need to rush around with endless shopping lists. We have set you up for success!

  • 1x 8inch round white base board
  • 1x 5inch silver board
  • 1x dowel
  • Skewers and wires (constructing the antlers and nose)

  • Templates for shaping the antlers, eyes and nose

CAKE INGREDIENTS:

  • 150g unsalted butter
  • Cooking spray (For lining tins)

GINGERBREAD INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Egg
  • 165g Unsalted Butter
  • 125ml Golden Syrup
  • Plain Flour (For flouring your bench)

FROSTING INGREDIENTS:

  • 800g unsalted butter
