Cancellation and refund Policy

I understand that when processing my order online Boutique Cake Art are securing a spot for my event therefore no changes or cancellations can be made..

If under extreme circumstances you have had to cancel or postpone your event and therefore cake order we can offer you a credit to the amount paid. We do NOT offer partial or full refunds on processed orders no matter the circumstance so please do complete your order knowing this.

We do understand that circumstance such as Covid-19 may effect your event so we do advise securing your order as close to the event date as possible to avoid restrictions tightening and event cancellations
